Global Paramedic and Rescue Academy, GPRA, was established in 2002, in Sharjah, U.A.E. in association with Global Communications and Learning Network Corporation to address the training needs in public health and safety in the Middle East and African countries.
GPRA is committed to assisting Governments and public enterprises in the Middle East and Africa to improve emergency preparedness, public safety and security by providing accredited training, operational support and guidance on technology, expertise, solutions, and strategies to improve emergency preparedness, security and safety.
GPRA has established a strong reputation as an outstanding regional institution in public safety and security by assisting communities to set up safeguards and by providing appropriate training and guidance on the latest technologies with collaborative connectivity to leading global organizations and an international network of domain expertise to draw from as needed.
GPRA is able to set up and operate for the Civil Defense and Police authorities’ world class Ambulance and Rescue centers and to provide training with US, UK and Singapore accredited certifications in EMT Paramedics and Rescue personnel. It also assists municipalities and major industrial organizations in training Health/Safety and Environment Administrators and creating food sanitation awareness.
